Jatbaji Terms & Conditions – What You Need to Know Before Using the Platform

1 Introduction & Applicability

Jatbaji (jatbaji.best) is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. The terms and conditions outlined on this page ("Terms") form a binding agreement between jatbaji and each registered member.

By opening an account, making a deposit, or using any game or betting service on jatbaji, you are considered to have read and agreed to these terms.

Jatbaji reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated on the platform, and you will be asked to accept the updated terms upon your next login. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Account Registration

To open an account on jatbaji, you must provide accurate and complete information — including your name, date of birth, active mobile number, and a valid email address. Registering with false information is a violation of these terms and may result in your account being closed at any time.

One Person, One Account — This is a strict jatbaji policy. If any individual is found operating multiple accounts, all associated account balances will be forfeited and the accounts permanently closed. If two members of the same household play from the same device or network, please notify support in advance.

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials completely confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, contact jatbaji support immediately.

• Provide your correct name and date of birth at registration — these will be verified at the time of withdrawal.
• Your mobile number must be active and registered in your name.
• Only one account may be registered per mobile number or email address.
• To update your account details, please contact our support team, as direct self-editing options are limited.

3 Age & Eligibility

The minimum age to become a member of jatbaji is 18 years. Any attempt by a person under 18 to open or use an account is strictly prohibited and may be a criminal offence.

Jatbaji conducts a KYC process for age verification. A National ID (NID) or passport must be submitted after registration or before large withdrawals. If a member's age is in doubt, verification may be requested at any time.

Residency eligibility conditions also apply. Registration on jatbaji is not available from certain countries or regions. It is solely your responsibility to ensure that using this service is legally permitted from your location.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Your account must have sufficient verifiable winnings before requesting a withdrawal. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the applicable rollover requirements have been met.

Large withdrawal amounts — generally ৳10,000 or more — may require additional verification to process. If KYC has not been completed, such withdrawals may be placed on hold.

General Bonus Terms:

• Rollover Requirement: Most bonuses require a specific wagering multiple before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a "10× rollover" means that if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place ৳10,000 in bets before you can withdraw.
• Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited once the expiry date has passed.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid on specific games and cannot be used across all games.
• One bonus at a time: Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.

• If a match is cancelled or postponed, your stake will generally be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, jatbaji reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If one leg of a parlay bet ends in a draw or is voided, the outcome will be settled based on the remaining legs' odds.
• Claims for bet cancellation due to lineup changes, weather conditions, or pitch conditions — whether before or after a match begins — will not be accepted.

In Casino and Live games, the individual rules of each game apply. If a network disconnection occurs mid-game and a round is left incomplete, the outcome will be determined according to the game provider's server logs.

7 Fair Play & Fraud Prevention

Jatbaji is committed to maintaining a fair and safe environment for all members. Any of the following behaviours will be treated as fraud or a breach of our terms:

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or take advantage of promotions.
• Placing bets using software bots or automated methods.
• Deliberately exploiting vulnerabilities, glitches, or bugs in the game system.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other members' accounts.
• Contacting others while impersonating jatbaji staff or using their identities.

If any such activity is detected, jatbaji reserves the right to close the relevant account(s) and forfeit all balances without prior notice.

8 Privacy & Personal Information

9 Account Suspension & Closure

• Fraud or bonus abuse.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

If a valid balance exists at the time of closure and no terms have been violated, funds are generally returned. However, in cases of fraud, all balances may be forfeited.

10 Changes to Terms & Dispute Resolution

Jatbaji reserves the right to amend, revise, or cancel these terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via their registered email or through a platform notification.

If a dispute arises, contact jatbaji customer support directly in the first instance. Most issues can be resolved within 24–72 hours. If a resolution cannot be reached, you have the option to escalate your complaint to our licensing authority.

These terms are governed by the laws of our licensing authority's jurisdiction. In the event of any conflict with the laws of Bangladesh, the laws of the licensing jurisdiction shall take precedence.
